Spinach-Artichoke DipSource: Southern Living 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels. Stir together spinach and next six ingredients. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve with crackers or chips. Yields 8 servings. |
